Lessons from the longest study on adult development and what it means for us.
Presented by Dr. Robert Waldinger
What brings us happiness and keeps us healthy as we go through life? Is it fame? Fortune? Fitness? The truth might not be what you’d expect.
Dr. Robert Waldinger, a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School, currently serves as the director of the Harvard Study of Adult Development. The longest of its kind, this longitudinal study has been following two groups of over the last 75 years to identify the psychosocial predictors of healthy aging. In this one-hour workshop, Dr. Waldinger will share insights gained across the study, with practical applications you can use in your own life.
