This workshop will cover many key questions to help you assess CCRCs. It provides an insider’s look at how to assess different CCRC types and contracts, and outlines how to evaluate financial strength. Justine Vogel CPA, President and CEO, The RiverWoods Group
A graduate of Rutgers University School of Business with a B.S. in Accounting, Justine began her career with several years in auditing and financial analysis with Arthur Andersen & Co., Ernst & Young, and Chubb Life Insurance. Justine started with RiverWoods as part of the pre-opening team in June 1994, as Director of Accounting. She grew into the role of CFO in 1997, COO in 2005, and was named President/CEO in 2007. Ms.Vogel is a certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey and is a member of the Board of Directors of City Year New Hampshire.
Cathleen Toomey Vice President of Marketing, The RiverWoods Group
Cathleen has more than 30 years in marketing, advertising, and public relations, building brands for consumer products such as Timberland and Stonyfield Farm. A graduate of Fordham University (M.A.) and Fairfield University (B.A.), Cathleen began her career in ad agency work in New York City. She has directed the sales and marketing efforts of RiverWoods Exeter for the past eleven years, including RiverWoods Durham and Birch Hill. Cathleen also serves on the Board of Directors for Womenade of Greater Squamscott.
