A Practical Workshop on Contracts, Costs and Key Questions

The good news is that most of us are living longer. The question is what that life will look like and how increasing health care costs will be covered as you age. How do you financially plan to maintain your current lifestyle for the rest of your life, no matter what happens?   Many informed adults are choosing Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) as a smart choice. But how do you evaluate CCRCs? Are they all the same? What are their differences in contracts and costs? What questions should smart consumers ask to determine if the community is reliable and financially solid?   This workshop will cover many key questions to help you assess CCRCs. It provides an insider’s look at how to assess different CCRC types and contracts, and outlines how to evaluate financial strength. Developed over three years, the seminar will also include a complimentary workbook for each attendee. You are invited to attend with your financial advisor or estate planning professional.

Attend, and you will learn:

  • National and regional CCRC background
  • The three major types of CCRCs
  • Contract differences and what to look for
  • Key benchmarks of financial strength
  • Critical indicators to measure service quality
