Whatever your skill level — whether you’ve just bought your first pair of cross-training sneakers or you’re working towards your next half marathon, you’ll find it easy to stay active at RiverWoods Exeter.

Our Fitness Classes Offer Something for Everyone

We offer a full schedule of fitness classes — more than 65 per week —that keep staying active fresh and fun. Some of our popular classes include:

Mosaic in Motion: More than just a cardio class, participants are challenged in multiple dimensions including muscle strength and endurance, neuromotor function, fascial qualities, flexibility, balance, and more.

Aqua Mosaic and Aqua 30:  A fun class of movement in the water, including aerobics, water walking, balance, and flexibility.

Zumba Gold®: Low-impact aerobics incorporating music, rhythm and dance moves from Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Tango, Rumba, Cha-Cha, and many other exciting dances.

Yoga and Chair Yoga: A general approach to Yoga with a focus on improving range of motion, increasing static and dynamic balance, including breath work.

OHAA (Oriental Healing Arts Association) Tai Chi: Fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo, scientifically proven to reduce fall risk.

Meditation: Methods to incorporate into your daily life, allowing you to improve sleep and de-stress through breathing and visualization.

Delay the Disease™: A fitness program designed by OhioHealth to empower people with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) with better movement.

I'm also going to take part in the cross-country skiing clinic that's held every winter so I can enjoy the trails all around our campus!
